American manufacturing will always be a pillar of our brand, and we proudly transform all our suppressors in Millcreek, Utah. Our team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals is looking for a Retail Associate to become an integral part of our operations.
Job Description
We are excited to launch a one-of-a-kind retail experience. As the first of its kind in the area, our Retail Associates will have the opportunity to contribute their knowledge and experience, while playing a key role in building a successful and welcoming retail environment.
HUXWRX Retail Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, stocking, and organizing merchandise, managing inventory, and supporting daily store operations. Candidates with firearm knowledge or industry experience are preferred and must be committed to safety, professionalism, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Develop a working understanding of HUXWRX products, accessories, technology, and the company’s focus on safety and performance.
- Communicate product information clearly and appropriately based on the customer’s needs and level of familiarity.
- Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked retail displays.
- Process sales and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Assist with inventory receiving, stocking, and tracking.
- Follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws, company policies, and safety procedures related to firearm sales and handling.
- Verify required documentation and assist with lawful sales procedures as directed.
- Maintain professional, respectful, and safety-focused environment standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small-team environment.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and respect for regulated products, privacy, and company.
Preferred
- Experience in firearms, outdoor, tactical, sporting goods, military, law enforcement, premium retail, or technical product environments.
- Knowledge of suppressors, firearms accessories, mounting devices, NFA-related purchasing processes, or regulated retail environments.
