Customer Service Specialist

American manufacturing will always be a pillar of our brand, and we proudly transform all our suppressors in Millcreek, Utah. Our team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to become an integral part of our operations.

 Location: In-office role in our Millcreek office

 Responsibilities: 

  • Promptly respond to customer questions through phone and email support
  • Work with team members to find the best solutions to customers’ issues and concerns
  • Support company warranty program and help process returns and repairs
  • Support company Pro Program/manage logistics of orders placed
  • Provide support for walk-in customers
  • Learn about new product offerings
  • Maintain a polite, helpful and professional manner always

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Office/administrative experience and/or customer service experience required
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong abilities to multitask and complete projects on time
  • Problem solving skills required
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Firearm Industry knowledge preferred
