 American manufacturing will always be a pillar of our brand, and we proudly transform all our suppressors in Millcreek, Utah. Our team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals is looking for a Mission Program Manager to become an integral part of our operations. 

Mission Program Manager – Key Role Overview:

  • Role blends program management and product line management
  • Requires strong understanding of domestic military and law‑enforcement needs
  • Oversee development of products tied to customer requirements, solicitations, and direct customer interaction
  • Knowledge of DFARS and federal acquisition practices preferred.
  • Must coordinate across multiple functional areas and ensure timely responses to mission customers
  • Able to work under compressed timelines while shaping customer solutions
  • Contributes to a team focused on enhancing national defense, policing capabilities, and supporting service members’ safety
  • Position strengthens HUXWRX’s mission support and growing team

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Provide insight to the team for development of a cohesive accessory line with a unique and brand aligned point of view
  • Develop a technical understanding of products’ key properties, performance/usability, and facilitating product from prototype to market phases
  • Establish and maintain a product roadmap, plan documentation for product revisions and launches
  • Update the Mission product library, cataloging protypes and completed goods
  • Develop and present product briefs and documentation to the design team through line development and prototype review to marketing handoff
  • Take ownership of support and training tools by collaborating with the correct stakeholders within HUXWRX and its key advisors
  • Help develop and refine our in-house development cadence, effectively coordinate daily tasks to adhere to the project schedule and support key timeline and decision points during development
  • Work with Supply Chain and R&D to ensure proper timelines of prototypes and sales orders are maintained and completed on time
  • Build and manage government programs with strategic partners
  • Competently present the product plans and timelines to our markets and sales organization, as well as with key customers around the world
  • Responsible for the internal programmatic ISO HUXWRX Mission portfolio
  • Must have Product Manager experience and/or training
  • Knowledge of DFARs and Federal acquisition processes and contracting vehicles is preferred
  • Excellent organizational project management skills
  • Works well intra team and in direct support of Mission team
  • Candidate must hold a deep respect for armed services and FED LE
  • Will be responsible for managing dynamic mission-driven individuals

Strong Skills: 

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in sales operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail, strong work ethic, a can-do attitude and an ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strategic and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to understand business processes and implement systems to enable them
  • Successfully manage multiple projects
  • Strong teamwork and networking skills
  • Proficient in training others on systems and processes, and producing clear documentation and training resources
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • SAP ERP
  • Knowledge of sam.gov, DUNS, CAGE code, WAWF 

Position Details: 

  • Location:  Main office in Millcreek, UT
  • Full-time, in-office (NOT a remote position)
  • No relocation offered
  • Salary: Based on experience and capabilities
