American manufacturing will always be a pillar of our brand, and we proudly transform all our suppressors in Millcreek, Utah. Our team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals is looking for an Armorer to become an integral part of our operations.
Duties:
- Inspect, maintain and repair weapons and other equipment as assigned
- Modify weapons in support of testing requirements as needed
- Test fire weapons to ensure proper functioning
- Clean and lubricate weapons and equipment
- Perform minor welding and fabrication tasks
- Check inventory and order new parts and supplies
- Manage significant weapons, suppressors, and parts inventory and ensure the securing of all weapons storage on a regular basis
- Support testing, R&D, and sales teams in ammunition storage and inventory
Skills:
- Ability to repair weapons
- Regular inspection of weapons
- Maintain regular cleaning schedule
- Perform consistent maintenance
- Assess and troubleshoot malfunctions
- Competency to assemble, disassemble, modify and maintain firearms
- Diagnostics skills to repair firearms
- Skill to fabricate gun parts and accessories
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
Additional Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Role requires good physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, standing for long periods, and moving heavy objects.
- Must have basic computer skills and use Microsoft Office Suite
Education/Certification:
- Provide proper Armorer’s certifications from accredited sources
- Depot level armorer’s certification from the DoD desired
Position Details:
- Location: Main office in Millcreek, UT
- Full-time, office (NOT a remote position)
- Casual office environment
