American manufacturing will always be a pillar of our brand, and we proudly transform all our suppressors in Millcreek, Utah. Our team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals is looking for a Front Office and Account Coordinator to become an integral part of our operations.
Front Office Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
- Notify appropriate team members when visitors arrive
- Maintain the visitor log in book
- Ensure the lobby is neat and orderly
- Implement applicable forms as needed
- Receive mail and packages; distribute items as appropriate
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Account Responsibilities:
- Manage PRO inbox and PRO web orders
- Support Customer Service
- Provide phone support as needed
- Handle specific retail sales from walk-in customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of office, administrative, and/or customer service experience
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong ability to multi-task and complete projects on time
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous experience with ERP software is a plus
Position Details:
- Location: Main office in Millcreek, UT
- Full-time, in office (NOT a remote position)
- Casual office environment
Hourly Wage: $20 per hour and above, commensurate with experience
